We may need to verify your identity before releasing information, and in limited circumstances we may decline access as permitted by law (we will explain the reasons if we do).

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer first (Section 11). We take privacy complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue.
